Well made and works great

I got this small titanium emergency whistle to add to my keyring. I am also a hiker and kayaker and so will have it with me then too, because my keys will be with me. I typically hike and paddle with a bright orange plastic safety whistle but that looks a bit out of place on my key ring for everyday use. I was happy to find out that titanium is rust resistant so I am hopeful if I do use this near water that it will hold up. If it doesn’t, I will update this review. It looks to be good quality with no rough edges etc.This whistle is super lightweight, and it is hardly noticeable when attached to my keyring. It’s about the same length as my keys, in fact.The whistle comes with two attachment options: a small and a regular-sized keyring; however, to attach it securely to a PFD or backpack, I will need to use a carabiner through the ring and the carabiner is not included.Also, this whistle is designed with a screw off top for easy cleaning, or at least that is what I think it is for.Despite its compact size (2.5” long and .3” in diameter) this whistle produces a loud, piercing sound (up to 120 dB—for comparison a rock concert is usually around this range). It is definitely loud enough to draw attention.At $8.99 at the time of this review it is an excellent value for money.
