size is big and steps not in main screen
bought it for my mother. She is eighty and finds it big on her hands. From walk mode to come to normal time mode you have to press the mode button 5 times. a count of steps on the main screen would have been ideal. Hope it is not some setup missed. go for it.. I am sure you don't have battery charge issue and no app. It is just a motivator on your hand!!

Inaccurate Data
I bought this for Rs 1419/- in a lightening deal & following are my observations. In the box:- PD102 watch-1xCR2032 battery- User manual and warranty card. This is a normal digital watch with added pedometer function ( Measures steps, Dist, Speed and calories burnt). No fancy feature of bluetooth connectivity or touchscreen.Pros:- Watch looks durable with a good big display and the strap is is good quality too.- Besides pedometer it has other functions like alarm, timer, stopwatch are present like in a standard digital watch.- Pedometer can be switched ON/OFF to save battery when not in use, complete watch can also be turned off. Battery capacity is approx 10 months as mentioned on the box.- Very easy to set up. There is a leaflet provided with diagram instructions which is very easy to follow.Cons:- Distance measured is inaccurate. During setup one has to input stride length (Distance of each step). I had initially put my stride length as walk-60cm, run-75cm. The watch accurately calculated number of steps and multiplies it by stride length to give distance covered (Dependant on whichever mode one chooses, run or walk). On first dayi went on my fix jog route of 4kms but on completion the watch showed 2.8kms, I tried 2 more times by changing the stride length but the distance covered was still inaccurate. so sadly returning this watch.- if you jog for a while then walk then jog, it is incinvenient to stop everytime and switch between modes.- The backlight illumination is a bit dim.- Lacks a heart rate sensor but can't really complain at this price.VERDICT - If you are looking for a decent looking digital watch with added function of measuring steps then go for it. If anything more then better to skip it.

Absolute value for money
Edit after using it for 1 year------------------------------------I stand by what i wrote earlier. I am taking off 2 stars (bringing my rating from 5 to 3) because the belt proved to be of cheap quality and is not covered by warranty. After a year long usage, my belt got a deep cut in the middle (probably the sweat damaged it over time). When i checked with the healthsense team on warranty they pointed out that wear and tear of the strap is not covered. I can only wish for better material quality and for coverage under warranty. For now, i've stopped wearing the watch since i am too lazy to get an alternate strap fixed at a local watch shop.Previous review---------------------Pedometer accuracy - Any wrist based mechanism will not be 100% accurate. This watch is fairly accurate (roughly in the range of +- 10%). When compared to Google Fit app or Xiaomi fitness band, the counts are within 5% of each other. There is a feature to read the recent 5 days worth of data - step count, calorie etc. which is good for tracking yourself. Though if you are keen about your step count, you'll need to manually record everyday's data into a spreadsheet or google fit kind of app which make this tracking easy.Build - The watch is built well and the numbers are big and easily readable from a distance. The hoops are aplenty and at ~5mm from each other so you can adjust to your wrist. It is easy to setup and takes less than 5 minutes to get it up and running.Battery - Not sure how long will the default battery last since i have been using it for only 2 weeks or so.I would recommend this watch to entry level enthusiasts who are keen on exploring fitness watches. For the price it is available at, this is absolute value for money. Moreover this can work as a great gift for near and dear ones even slightly older folks (because of the large numbered display) to help them track their steps and of course to watch time.

Absolute Value for Money, India Crafted Product
This is a one-month use review.Pros:1. Large, in your face, no nonsense display, unlike typical multi-colored, overly designed sports watches. Good for eyes of every age and for people with spectacles who are not wearing them when exercising (my case :))2. Though the watch has a big circumference and sizeable thickness, it doesn't look odd as this is how the competing sports watches look on your wrist. In fact, I was worried about this coz I have relatively slim wrists. But have been wearing this for past one month and no one has commented negatively, about its size3. Easily accessible modes4. Works fine in rains (been out there for about 5 - 6 times in this monsoon)5. The pedometer is fairly accurate, though I've not found any device which can give you exact results (comparing pedometer results with actual step counting. This is the same case with my MI band, too)6. Very happy to know that this is indigenously designed, in Bangalore7. Absolute value for moneyCons:1. Walk/Run Mode changes - Cumbersome to change walk and run modes when you are actually exercising. Keeping 2 buttons pressed for 3 seconds many times takes you to the next mode, accidentally. Maybe Healthsense could look into this and reprogram it for later versions of the product2. The watch straps look a little delicate, cannot say how long they'll lastNow, since this is a one-month use review, I cannot comment on the product's durability. However, I can confirm that Healthsense has registered the 1-year warranty and mailed back confirmation after I filled up the form on their website. (You need to do this to claim warranty eligibility). Sincerely hoping that the product lasts long and works fine all the way through :)
