I like this pillow. It has good loft and support for the most part. Gave it only four stars because it constantly needs to be fluffed up or it goes kind of flat.

I purchased 5/23/23a M Goose Down 800 fill power queen size luxury Pillow. I received the pillow like promised and was thrilled how it felt to my neck and shoulder. I woke up without the usual pain. I did run the pillow through the dryer which was supposed to fluff it but it was to much for me. Now for my shoulder my pillow got to big and not comfy like it used to be,I missed the 30 day’s window and called Amazon. I was told I had to contact Continental Bedding direct.I called customer service last week way past 30 days to find out what I could do?Wow, I was very happy that I made this call.I was treated with respect and extremely helpful how to make me happy.Can’t get over the service I received. After covid I thought generosity and smiles ☺️ are a thing of the past.“not so at Continental Bedding”Future bedding purchase’s will definitely be only at Continental.👍🏻 😀Yesterday 9.15.23 I got my pillow back like promised. I bought these after buying several other pillows in search of something to alleviate pain in my ears. I’ve had down pillows for 20 years and it was time to change. These down pillows seem to be very well made and high quality, but they are much more firm than my previous down pillows. I can’t get comfortable on them. The search continues. My husband doesn’t have the ear problem and he is happy with his pillow.

I have a two ruptured disc in my neck. I'm a side sleeper &when I sleep w my neck aligned straight all is good & if not I get neck pain & spasms. I read that a side sleeper of small stature should get a medium fill pillow. I got an 800 down fill because I wasn't sure about the stature. I am 5 feet but wiegh a 132 lb. This pillow at 800 doesn't sink down& get flat but it's slightly too fat for my neck.it's not as soft as I thought it would be, does what I wanted it to do Which was support & align my neck.And it's not a brick like a mixed feather and down pillow. I have slept on it 4 days In a row now. And because it's slightly too high I am considering exchanging it. Sometimes if I can shape it just right & I sleep like a rock but if I can't I don't sleep at all because my neck is starts to throb so I'm considering seeing. If I can exchange it for lower fill but need to look how low the next fill is. I don't want a lot lower just a little. I spent the lot of money on this pillow. It needs to be exactly right alleviate pain or why keep it. If I could get it in a seven hundred I think that would be perfection.

Finally found a pillow that is super comfortable. Most are too full and hard. This one is perfect. Thanks!

Little too much filling.

These arrived on time and were well packaged. The feather pillows are fantastic and I am so happy with my purchase. They are firm, but not too firm and give me the most comfortable night's sleep I have had in a long time. Expensive, but well worth the price.

Nicely made, comfortable

It was time to replace a down pillow that had given me over 30 years of fine service (I've always used a zip-on pillow cover in addition to the pillow case/sham. After much research and agonizing, I chose these. I'd have preferred to purchase only a single pillow, but that was not an option.The pillow is clearly a quality product and, by feel, appears to be filled with high quality down. My previous (also wonderful) pillow did have some small pin feathers mixed in with the down but I suspect the number of such inclusions in this pillow is down a significant percentage (yes, pun intended).The only slight issue I have is that the pillow is a tiny bit too firm to be "perfect," for me. Undoubtedly, this is a personal preference issue. I will add a small zipper to 1 end of the pillow case so I can extract a bit of down to get things exactly to my satisfaction. To me, these pillows are easily worth the effort to fine-tune them.I will definitely recommend these pillows to others.

I bought a pair of theses down pillows to replace older ones that I had been using for many years. I chose the 700 fill of down over the cheaper 550 fill pillows from Continental. When they arrived and I first started using them, the pillow in the beginning felt too firm as it really is heavily packed with down. I thought that perhaps I had made the wrong choice but what I have found is that that the pillows really just need breaking in from use. As I have been using them for about ten months, I couldn’t be happier! These are fantastic pillows and are of very high quality and they will last for many years to come. I find the queen size to be the perfect size. Be sure to buy high quality pillow protectors to compliment and protect these fabulous pillows! 5 stars all the way!

Excellent product, everyone should have these down pillows………if there’s enough ducks & geese to go around !!!

Not overly impressed. Both my husband and I cannot use them as we wake up in the morning with a stiff, crimped neck. Definitely not as soft as I thought they would be for a down pillow,. It's a lot of money to pay for pillows the just sit on the bed unused.
