I wanted this 30L Hiking Backpack Lightweight Packable Hiking Daypack Small Travel Outdoor Foldable Shoulder Bag, Black, by Moodone to replace a travel bag with worn-out zippers. I like this one even more than my previous mesh backpack, and I'll tell you why.This backpack needs to serve two purposes at different times: it is an overnight bag for my husband sometimes, and it is a day pack that needs to be lightweight enough to throw in checked baggage for air travel to have something to use when we arrive at our destination.I just used it for a pool and short hike bag and I really liked it. There are multiple zippers and pockets, and all of them work well. It arrived folded up like a little pouch, as you can see in the photo above. I used it to transport wet swimwear and towel back from the pool. Even though I forgot to bring a plastic bag, because of the water resistant nature of the fabric, it kept the wet stuff from leaking into other parts of the bag.I wouldn't want to make a multi-day hiking trek with this bag, because I don't think the straps are comfortable enough for that, but that's okay. That is not the purpose of this bag. It is certainly comfortable enough for day trips, it is lightweight enough so that it will not add extra weight to your journey, and it is waterproof enough so that the water beads up on the pack and the interior contents should stay dry at least for a little while.When I stored the bag, I was able to pack it back in the original way in about 10 to 15 seconds. When stored in your luggage and not in use, it won't take up much space at all. Although I have only used the bag once, I am very pleased with it so far and I do not hesitate to recommend it. It seems to be well designed and well made, so give it a try.

I gave this to my sister for her upcoming trip to Africa so she would have something to carry with her on the photo safaris. Its nice and thin and weighs almost nothing. Packs up into a nice compact little package that she can easily tuck in her suitcase for the flight over. She couldn't believe how big it is when you unpack it! Lots of room inside and waterproof too is definitely a bonus.

The media could not be loaded. This bag is so bad quality because it broquen after Two days used. The material is not resistent more tha 7 pounds of weight.

I wish I could give this six stars! I use one of these folding backpacks whenever I travel. I like to have something to use when on a tour or out sightseeing and shopping in a foreign country. I had one for years, but after many trips and much hard use it's begun to fray in a few places. I've tried a few other folding backpacks, and while a few were OK, they all had problems which made me want to avoid them. This one fits all my needs.Pros:First, it folds very easy and flat. There's a zippered pocket on the back which is great to keep things, but when done you turn it inside out and pack the pack in it. There's nothing to lose.It has a pocket on each side for a bottle or umbrella.There's a zippered pocket on the front side for things to keep close at hand.Inside is divided into two compartments by a nylon separator. That's very handy. When my wife and I travel I put my items on one side, hers on the other. It just helps to stay organized.Folded this is very easy to pack in a suitcase.In a pinch you could use this as a carryon if you had to check a bag because you purchased too much while traveling.Cons:The seller calls the inside pocket divider the computer section. There is absolutely no padding. I wouldn't carry anything fragile unless I absolutely had to. It's just common sense.I wish there was a strap to hook my keys to inside it.Overall a great design and value.

I no longer have to worry if the low quality store bag will hold-up and not break open before arriving back to our hotel or RV site.The MOODONE Backpack/Daypack is the perfect solution for Light Travelers, the adventurous type. The daypack has a 30L capacity and yet folds down to the size of an iPad. I have carried the folded daypack while on my e-bike and then expanded it once the purchases were made and ready to be carried back to our campsite. I used the daypack as a backpack and it was comfortable despite the fully loaded weight.The MOODONE daypack material feels durable and the seams held up to the fully loaded weight after riding 7 miles on an e-bike. The stitch quality appears to be reinforced more than your standard stitch. The daypack will save my daily purchases, but I wouldn't use it to carry anything fragile.Based on my personal experience and product review, I am giving the MOODONE 30L Hiking Backpack / Daypack a 5-star rating.

This travel backpack folds down into such a small size to save space in luggage when not in use. As you unfold it, it becomes a very spacious backpack. We used it on a long trip and it was a lifesaver. The one thing to keep in mind is it isn’t structured so when open it kind of falls down. I feel it is worth it for the ability to fold it up. It is sooo lightweight and easy to wear. Overall, a great choice.
