These mini molds make bite sized egg bites perfect for children or those watching calories. Grab two or three on your way out the door on busy mornings. I made mine in the oven without a cover for a nice lightly browned look. Cover with the silicone top to store in the fridge. Warm I minute in the microwave when you want a bite. I wiped my molds with olive oil before filling. The bites slip out easily while warm. I wash the mold and put the cooled food back in it for storing. They come out easily that way. If you cool them in the silicone and then try to remove, they will more likely stick. I whisk six eggs, a cup of low fat plain Greek yogurt and add ins like chopped red peppers, mushrooms, bacon crumbles, chopped ham and a few sprinkles of grated cheese on top. The recipe will fill both molds yielding 14 egg bites. Bake for 20 min at 450 degrees or until puffed and golden. Yum! I like these molds. They are high quality silicone with a soft silicone top. Others I ordered had a stiff plastic top which cannot be used in the oven, microwave or Instant Pot.

Received item fast & packaged well. Downfall: the blue mold does not release the egg bite as well as the yellow mold. Not sure why , I have tried it several times now.... lengthening the cooking time /greasing mold does not help - egg bites still tore apart upon popping them out. Probably return item.Update: After posting a review of the molds, the next day the company sent me another set of molds without being asked. Both of the new molds work perfectly now. Customer service is outstanding !!! Will definitely buy from again.

I love these egg bite molds. Have used them for cupcake bites too. Was surprised that the molds were so small, but didn't notice the measurements in the description, or that it could also fit a smaller Instant Pot, but, have found a way to make the smaller size work. It is just enough for a taste, without splurging. Afterwards, purchased the larger size mold for regular sized egg bites, but keeping this small size too.

Perfect for the 3 qt IP. The cup size is smaller than the ones you can buy for the larger IPs. ( picture for comparison) I think like the idea of smaller portions is a fantastic idea!

I am delighted to find these molds that fit my 3 qt. Instant Pot! Beside making egg bites I have used them to freeze small, pre-measured portions of herbs and juices, that I then vacuum pack for long term storage. No problems with odors, easy to clean.

I made the sous vide bites like I usually order at starbucks, and they're perfect! I can make a week of breakfasts in about 15 minutes. I've also found some recipes on pinterest for meatballs, cake bites, rice, and other things. I can't wait to try them out!

fantastic! works great i bought for my daughters 3qt Instant Pot and we make egg bites in them. we can fit both molds in the pot by using stainless steel ramequins. they easily release the bites and clean up easy!

I really wanted to love these. I have a 4 pack that are great. This are flimsy silicone. The 3qt is already small so putting these in and out is really difficult. Even the lids just do not stay locked. I am fine with the bites being smaller than the 4. This would be great if the silicone was firmer and better lids.
