painful bloating and nausea
Years of suffering from IBS trapped wind, painful bloating and nausea, i have tried loads of supplements, Been following a Low Fodmap diet for few years which has helped but is very restrictive and complicated. I have just finished my 1st tub of Colonfit and ordering another, I take it every evening, 1 spoon with water. My stomach is much much better, hardly any trapped wind and ive been eating wheat again without the bloating, Its a bit like drinking juice thats full of bits , tasteless just a bit weird texture wise. Just a shame its now £3 more expensive?

Foul tasting
I just couldnt take this product. The powder goes claggy in your mouth, plus it tastes horrible. Dont know it the product worked or not. Tried taking it twice. But never succeded. I cant recomend this product at all.

Nasty texture
I can’t really say if this product works or not because I can’t get it down me, the thick slimy+grainy texture makes me gag so bad it’s impossible to swallow. I’m also pretty sure that I read that it’s capsules and not a loose prowder... can’t take it so very disappointing and money wasted!
