The fun we've had with this it is worth every penny.I got my husband to put this on and chase me and my little one around and needless to say that we couldn't do much running because of the laughter.It is elasticated around the waist and around the ankles, which helps to keep the air in.Although you wouldn't think at first, the costume is quite airtight, without being at all tight around the waist or the ankles.In order for the dinosaur to stay inflated, there is a little air pump which has to blow constantly. It isn't loud and in the heat of the fun, it will almost go unnoticed.The pump is powered by four AA batteries which go in a separate box, which hat to be connected to the air pump via and USB cable. Everything is provided, except for the batteries. Just to make you aware, the box has an on/off switch, and you will not have a telltale sign that it is working even if it is switched on, until the cable is connected to the air pump.Once on and inflated, it doesn't restrict movement too much but do be careful if going up and down the stairs.The costume is great, works well and it is tons of fun.Stay away from that tail, it will sweep you off your feet hahaha

It's reasonably quiet in operation and creates a pleasant breeze without being cold.I'm a UK 16 and found this to be a bit of a squeeze to get on over my hips but it was perfectly comfortable when on.It's a fabulously fun outfit and looks really effective.
