Need help torn beetween this and the innokin cool fire which is better for vapour n flavour pls help as I'm pretty much a noob to vaping

Flavour and cloud (vapour) will not only depend on the box/battery unit, but also the actual e-liquid itself (make and the PG/VG ratio), the atomiser/tank and the coils. My wife has a Cool Fire IV, while I've got an eLeaf IStick 30w. Of the two, I've found the eLeaf not only far easier to use, but also more flexible. You'll need to change the voltage/wattage depending on your e-liquid and atomiser/coil - the eLeaf allows you to change up/down 0.1 watts at a time, whereas the Coolfire only does it in steps of 0.5 watts. The eLeaf does this by just pressing the up or down arrow buttons; the Coolfire requires you to press the `-` button at the same time as the on/off button to put it into `change' mode, then you need to use the + or - buttons. The eLeaf is a lighter, smaller unit and feels more comfortable in your palm.The only real downside to the eLeaf is that the charging port (it uses a micro USB, same as most mobile phones) is on the bottom, which means the unit lies on its side when charging. Some atomisers/tanks leak if not upright, so you may find yourself having to take this off each time you charge the unit.

Want this mod but lot of reviews are saying this seller is selling fakes/clones what guarantees are in place if it is fake?

well I can say that the one I got in oct 2015 was genuine and so far is working fine, I did initially have trouble with working out what order to input the verification code on the website which resulted in some initial frustration and because the website was probably under havy load, after I figured out the right order ot put the numbers in I was forced to hit the refesh key a dozen times before it finally gave a result, this resultd in me being told it was not genuine since it had been searched as many times as i'd hit refresh........  as to actually getting a fake or clone, I would expect the amazon guarantee system would work although you'd need to contact them about it, oh and I should probably mention I bought more than 1 30w istick around that time and the others all came back genuine on the first check and when I hit refresh a few times all came back as "searched x number of times" which kinda verified it was just me being a fat fingered noob the first tiem round :)any how my personaly opinion is its a great product givne its small and light and so far holds charge fine (although they do have a finite recharge life span like all rechargeable batteries so don't expect it will last forever)

I've been told to get this but what else do I need? Is this just the battery?

Yes it's the battery,u need a tank aspire nautilus is a perfect tank for this device.thats all u need.only go up to 15 watts with that tank.

Does this come with a tank or do you buy that separately?

No it doesn't come with a tank.I bought a kangertech tank mini protank 3 from amazon which was about five pounds cheaper than in the shops.I really recommend this battery, it's the best battery i've had and cheaper than in the shops.
