Great light therapy! This little sunlight lamp globe makes you feel like there is real sunlight in the room; or use it to chill out in the evening with the warmer light. There are 3 different adjustable light colors, 4 timers, and 4 brightness/dimming levels. It's small, light, compact, and does not require batteries. It’s brighter than I expected it to be. Great for lighting in any room and making you feel happier and more awake. Use it at your desk during the winter months to help keep you more alert.

I believe this is incredibly beneficial since it allows me to create quite diverse effects. In general, I choose the warmer tone for early mornings since I believe it is more reminiscent of a real dawn. On the other hand, the cold white was ideal for work sessions when I needed a burst of energy. The stepless adjustment of the brightness is another notable feature of this product. Whether I was reading, working, or just trying to improve my mood, I was able to adjust the quantity of light to the precise level that I found to be comfortable. The memory function and the timer are two additional features that I like using. I believe that it is useful, particularly in situations when you want to be sure that you are not using the bulb excessively. When I drink my coffee in the morning, I often set the timer for around thirty minutes, and it turns off on its own without my having to give it any thought. Additionally, the manual states that the lamp must be 6 to 13.75 inches from your face to be effective, which was not mentioned in the item description. This proximity does not work with my setup.One reviewer noted disappointment with having to pay for a shipping label to return the lamp. This is due to the lithium battery inside (likely in the remote), which prevents Amazon from accepting physical returns. If you can print the label yourself, the return is free, but you will need to box it up yourself.

Since I work from home a lot more, I bought this because where I have my office, I can't really have my window open too much for private reasons. With this light, it actually gives off a good amount of light that really does simulate a sun light. Even though it looks like the moon and not so much like the sun, it still is really cool. I love that I can just set the timer for this light and just leave it alone. I usually set it up to stay on for about an hour every other hour which seems to be working very well for me. I'm also able to adjust the brightness of the light and different colors. However, I usually have it on the soft glow to simulate the sunlight. However, on the brighter setting, it's been helpful for when I'm having to write some things down and really doubles as a lamp too.

This small lamp fits nicely on a desk or nightstand. The light given off is not as bright as more expensive light therapy lamps, but it's still bright enough to chase the winter gloom away. I like its design - kind of reminds me of an ostrich egg!If you have a bad case of SAD, spend a little more money and get one of the brighter lamps. If you just need a nice bright light nearby while you work, this lamp does the job.

I bought this for my office desk as my window faces a parking lot and doesn’t get a lot of sun. It’s perfect for adding warm light.

It works very well, with variable shades, and brightness. And most of all it has a small footprint for small spaces on a desk.

I never even plugged in. As soon as I opened the box, I could see that it looked like cheap plastic, no glass. The base was plastic.
