I've had no issues with this since setting it up. I used to move it around a little depending on where I wanted it and what I was doing. But now I mostly keep it set up for dips and it works great. I'm less than 150 lbs but it seems firm and stable and that it could accommodate a lot more.

Does what it's supposed to do that's all that matters

This dip bar attachment is legit! Fits perfectly with my 3x3 power rack and was super easy to slap on and now I’ve got a dip station right in my setup, no problem. Narrow and wide grips are awesome for switching up inverted rows, dips and push ups, giving that full chest and tricep burn. Plus, they’re super easy to pop on and off. Only downside is the bars can get a little wobbly during heavy sets, but overall a solid addition to the home gym setup!

Well-made, sturdy, stable, and comfortable. Attaches easily to my squat rack. Make sure you get the correct size otherwise it will not fit.

This dip bar attachment works well with my power rack. It has both wide and narrow grips so you can work out different parts of your body easily. It is easy to adjust and fits together securely. I personally am not a huge fan of the foam wrapped handle, but I frequently wear gloves while working out so that isn't a huge dealbreaker.

These work well. They are sturdy enough, and they seem to be made well. I'm not a fan of the foam on the handles, but that's not a big deal. Knurled metal would be better. It would also be nice if there was a plastic lining inside where it contacts the rack so it won't scratch the rack.
