I wore this vest 3 days in a row doing different levels of exercises from light housework and weights training to running and hiit workouts. You really do feel the heat circulating in the mid region and I worked up a sweat with the more vigorous exercises. Not as much as in the advertised picture but I did work up a good sweat. The fabric absorbed alot of it!It stays in place for 99% of the time and it covers all the way down to the lower abs area which was a great plus for me because that's a problem.The size was perfect - medium for size 12. It was a little tricky to get off after sweating so much but that's ok because it means the fabric didnt wear out during my exercises and still has the compression feel.It firs sleek underneath your gym clothes too.Try it... it's a small investment that will bea good addition to your workout outfit.

I received this item today, delivery was as expected. My top size is 16 so I ordered size L and it fits well. It’s a bit difficult to wear so you might try wearing it from bottom to top, it would’ve been better if it had a zipper. I wore it for 2 minutes and started sweating so I guess it works fine. Material quality is good.

I would give a five star due to the fact that within 3 days of wearing it I noticed a difference. Is a bit hard to put it on and take it off although guess this is what the product is expected to be. Slightly discomfort is wearing without tishirt underneath my both arms are burned due to rubbing against my body. I would say buy it and do try it.
