A Great Benchmark Product
Initially shortlisted this product from independent online reviews and then, chose to buy it based on overall appearance & price.This product doesn’t disappoint, from opening the packaging, to charging and using the mask & accessories, there’s an overall feel of quality, from the design and the materials used. Both the mask & neck accessory are easy to put on, feel light and are comfortable to wear.The user options cover all my needs, the manufacturer support is excellent and overall, I’m very happy with this product.

Would help with two charging units separately for face and neck parts.
I have recently purchased this mask with a face and a neck unit.It would be helpful if we could use the both parts simultaneously.It is not possible as there is only one charger unit. A bit disappointed with it.
