I'm very happy with these bands. They come with 3 different resistance tensions (if that's the right way to put it?!) so you can use stronger ones to increase the exercise if you want to. They also come with handles, which I wasn't expecting, but which is very handy to increase the variety of exercises you can do with the bands.On that now, there's a handy leaflet with exercises you can use them for, and which muscles they are targeting, which I think is a good touch.For £15.99 I don't think you can go wrong really.

A nice set of resistance bands for training different body parts with different tensions. The best part of this kit is the booklet/1 pager of the exercises you can do to target different body parts. This enables you create training programs using the resistance bands.

Great set of resistance bands of multiple strengths, can be combined for extra resistance, can be used solo or with comfy grips for a multitude of exercises for a full body workout. I was really quite pleased with these.

I can't fault this as an all-in-one starter kit for home resistance training. Unlike many kits, it's not just the bands, but a set of accessories (handles and an easy-to-use under-door attachment) that really increase the range of exercises you can do with it. There's even a printed guide which lists a lot of standard exercises by muscle group.The bands themselves feel nice and strong, and have some decent thickness to them so they should take a fair bit of use without tearing.It comes with a carry bag too, and tidies up into quite a compact bundle - very easy to throw in the case or car to make sure you keep up the toning exercises when you're away.It's an excellent kit for the price - a great starter kit for home fitness without expensive equipment.
