Great value, quality product that meet my expectations. I appreciate the ease of the precut strips for my knee. I wore one for 4 days before it started to fall off. Did not come off when wet. I would recommend this product.

I use these snowboarding, they are great because they have a little bit of medicine in them, and they stay put all day keeping the muscle structure around my knee held and supported.

I am a retired physical therapy professional. I do not recommend this product if you do not have any experience with kinesiology taping. The provided instructions are poorly written. There’s no info for contraindications or how to stretch each segment. No info for skin care and proper removal. The only advice written is to contact them if you have an allergic reaction. If you buy this product, please do some research about kinesiology tape. It’s only good for you if you know what you are doing. The tape itself is unexpectedly rigid (no stretch) on the anchor piece. The thigh pieces are very stretchy. It’s so-so for stickiness. I haven’t worn it for more than one day, as i just received the product. Even though i know how to properly apply (and remove) kinesiology tape, i did not get this applied correctly on my first attempt. Do some homework before you purchase.

these work and actually stay on longer than 24 hours. I have really bad knees and sometimes hard to walk and these are so easy to put on and immediate ability to walk without severe pain

I really wanted to like this product because it seemed so easy and convenient. While the pre-cut shape is very nice and functional, it does not stick for more than a day. I have tried applying it on a smooth, shaved leg as well as a few days after I shaved, but there was no noticeable difference in the sticking ability. I have used other kinesiology tape and never had this problem. :(

They don't explain this, so I will. You must spread this out a little at a time, gently pulling the paper while applying the band. Under no circumstances pull off all the paper at once thinking you can just easily apply. It will destroy it. One crease, one wrinkle, play with it too much you've lost the adhesive. It's tricky, fragile. But after a couple of failures, I learned how and once you get it right it's quite effective. I wanted support for my aging knee without the lidocaine salonapas patches all the time. This works well once you nail down the method. Pull tightly and stick it down well, lasts all day. make sure your skin is dry, no lotions. Okay, good luck!😌
