Looks and Works Great
I looks great, very well crafted and it works. The installed spring is a 20 pound spring, which I changed out to the provided 30 pound one. A must for your espresso station. It does require periodic cleaning with a fine brush due yto the spiral face.

Great Quality
I love this product so much! This whole brand has really high end, good quality espresso tools. In my opinion, they are really worth the price. I didn't have to change out the springs it came with, the precalibrated one is perfect. The keychain is also such a cute touch and it is good quality as well.

Metal on metal scratching?
The media could not be loaded. Really nice looking tamper and gorgeously paired with walnut portafilter. However, the tamper makes a grinding/scratching noise. I would prefer if it was smooth and silent. Maybe it just me.

Perfect match to Lelit Bianca with Maple wood accent
This thing is massive and looks amazing. It weights over 570g! For comparison, Lelit’s tamper which also looks and feel solid weights only 328g! The Bomber with 3 springcoils weights 370g. I really like and prefer the looks of this tamper. However functionality wise I haven’t yet figured out if I should press the handle all the way down or not. The force needed until a certain point is low to moderate, but the last 30% of travel requires a notably stronger force. I don’t know if I should stop at the ~70% travel or push all the way down. There is no satisfying “click” to tell it’s done like the Bomber one. I did one test though fully pressing it down and my shot came out fine.
