Amazing. I've had problems with ingrown hair, folliculitis and trichstais spinulosa for a long time, with zero help / interest from dermatologists, so have had to stumble my way around trying to fix it myself.I have Ehlers Danlos and, as a consequence, have a complicated skin issue. It started out with folliculitis and ingrown hair and then I developed trichstais spinulosa. hair looping out of the surface of my skin, and when damaged by shaving or the environment, broke leaving the dead hair under the skin. It must have been happening for a long time and led to scarring and calcification.Plugs formed which also calcified and were completely impossible to remove.The hair follicles continued to produce hair, but it was trapped and unable to penetrate the surface of the skin due to the calcified plugs.This led to dense compressed hair. Eventually, when space ran out, the hairs burst through into the surrounding tissue and proceeded to grow, until I had a network of hairs under my skin, all causing scarring and more calcification. I then started developing cysts. It is present everywhere but most notable on my face.I also had folliculitis on my nostril hair follicles! This also ended up with the same issue, and started growing up into the sort tissue and eventually penetrating the surface of my nose.Ive also had vellus hair growing in the corner of my eye, penetrating the rim and ending up in my tear ducts and into my lips. The worst areas are around my eyebrows because the eyebrow hair is much thicker and causes much more damage.noticed brown patches of skin that I'd initially throught to be freckles or sun exposure. It turned out these patches were full of black/brown gunk that seemed to saturate the soft tissue. I don't know what it is, but I presume it's dirt and grime and perhapsIt's been pretty horrifying and unpleasant and started 4 years ago. Dermatologists have not been remotely helpful. I know of several others suffering from something similar, and their experience with the medical profession is the same as mine.Ive tried all sorts and have had quite successful results with nip + fab exfoliating night pads, retinol, ceramide, colloidal silverx and an ionising device. These have all been very successful at getting rid of the hairs that are closer to the surface.However, with regards to the brown patches, they mostly remained there stubbornly....until I tried this productz which I got because it contains transemic acid. I followed up with retinoids (I also use colloidal silver as a toner, and an ioniser + ultrasonic skin scrubber.2 days in and the results have been amazing. I've attached some photos. They're not gory, but they do show expelled hair and lacerations which isn't pleasant but I wanted to demonstrate the results I've had. One of the photos shows the discolouration I mentioned, but this was prior to treatment with your product.I don't know what the root cause is, or how to resolve the problem, but I'm continuing press the dermatologists, and trying to get them recognise that this degree of trapped hair puts me at risk for infection and sepsis, especially considering the Ehlers-Danlos.If its not possible to cure, and the doctors don't offer any suggestions with regard to treatment, at least I have a product that I can use which will treat the symptoms.recommended.

I cannot fathom all these positive reviews and wonder if the areas they are applying this to weren't particularly visible to begin with. I have used this product twice a day as directed and have been generous with the amount. There has been zero change. On day 28 I decided to return this before the returns window closed, so at least I have had a refund (thank you, Amazon).

It brightens my skin

The black spot on my face didn’t move an inch after a whole month use. Rubbish! And it’s sticky

I bought this in August 2024, and I have not noticed any difference in reducing my dark spots; on some occasions it caused breakouts.

It simply doesn’t make any difference.
