These are not my favourite style of laces but they are a good example of waxed cotton ones. They are showing some signs of wear but not more than expected.

Perfect for Barbour Readhead Chukka tan boots
I love Barbour Readhead Chukka tan boots, but the laces wear and snap too quick for my liking. After embarassing silly tiny bows using half a lace on each shoe I end up buying a new pair (not cheap). FINALLY I have found these laces which are perfect - dark brown, 75cm. Never has £3.60 given me so much pleasure.

Broke after a three weeks in my boots
Perfect size and colour. Unfortunately just broke after three weeks. Rubbed against my metal setting and snapped.

Nice laces for a zip up boot that I died from sand to tan. Just for decoration. If needed for a walking boot or something I’d get a stronger lace but good for my purpose.
