Does the job it’s supposed to. The wood grain effect is better than I expected, but it’s still quite a cheap plastic feeling product. The main problem is that there’s only one screw hole, so it doesn’t stay straight on the wall. Had to add a double sided sticky pad which sorted it out.

Wall mount has one fixing hole so very unstable and swings about as you add remove darts.Cant even drill another hole through the back of the fixing plate to secure it, as the front is fixed to it via 4 screws in the back, if you remove these the front is not fastened to the back and falls off.Crap to be honest.

Having a standard sort of recess on the back, this can be hung from something as simple as a nail banged into a wall. Holds six darts securely enough for convenience with practice throwing, so can still keep my best set in a bag. Its very lightweight, but a couple of sets of darts would weigh it down a little to keep it stable on a hook. It fits even a thicker barrelled brass dart, so had no problems at all with my regular darts. You could use it free standing, but it has such a thin profile that it would fall over easily, but not an issue for me as I always intended to mount this on a wall below a dartboard, after having to wait nearly a couple months for it to arrive.
