I purchased two hoverboards for Christmas. One never worked at all and the worked for 11 days. I am extremely disappointed as the shipment came late and two kids are now very disappointed.

Won’t turn on
This was a Christmas gift from Santa. We charged all night till the light turned green but no one can turn it on. I assume it’s broken because no one is the household can get it to turn on. My daughter says these things are finicky but we shouldn’t need 4 people to try and fail to just turn the thing on. What a Christmas dud. Now we’ll go through the annoying process of sending it back.
