U-Trou Perfection!
I guess that I consider myself a U-Trou EXPERT, especially with regards to Boxer-Briefs. Within the last 12 months, I have bought a dozen pairs of Me Undies, a half dozen pairs of Tommy John, and most recently, 8 pairs of these Terramar SilkSkins LIGHT Boxer Briefs. Short answer: These are THE ONES! Though I can't vouch for their long term durability, they are the most comfortable of the three by a long shot! Also, if you happen to have a bit of a bulging midriff (not that *I* DO, you understand!) these do a most excellent job of holding same in. The cherry on the sundae - the waistband does NOT "take a set" like both the others, which after several wearings, now have a permanent "crease" in the middle. Both my Me Undies and my Tommy Johns are now residing in my Goodwill bag - yeah, I DID wash 'em first!Having a horizontal fly just puts these "over the top"; it's one of those ideas that makes PERFECT sense - to the point where you ask "why don't ALL boxer briefs have a horizontal fly?!" Easy access, easy "re-sheathing" - like a quick draw holster!I'm playing it on the safe side by hang drying these, rather than hammering them in the dryer; but at less than $10/pair, a man could go through 3 pairs of these at the same cost as a single pair of Tommy Johns or Me Undies - No Brainer!

AS GOOD AS TOMMY JOHN
My husband has more underwear than me. The vast majority have been Tommy John's silky, stretching "garments with a hug" as they call them. LOL. Yeah whatever TJ. I bought a few for the Mister, and according to his "hug drawer" and his opinion, these are 95% cheaper, and as good as TJ's. $30 for one pair of theirs, $20 for 2 of these. No brainer. And we get to buy groceries after this perfect purchase.

Won't last long!
Nice design with the fly and wide waist band, but the material is so thin that the undies will be in the trash far sooner than any others I have ever bought. I have worn mine only 3 times and I have already noticed a small hole in the crotch - possibly made by my foot as I was putting them on. When I noticed the small hole, I also noticed just how sheer the fabric is. I could see right through it!I am going on a trip abroad and will be taking these undies with me. There's a good chance they won't survive the trip.

Soft, wicking, dries super fast!!
Incredibly silky soft and breathable. I'm a construction worker and summers in Florida are no joke, people die from the heat and you're literally streaming sweat at the end of the day. Driving home with sweat soaked clothes is not only uncomfortable, it's unhygienic. Skin becomes tender and inflamed, but not with these boxes! They wick away sweat and dry incredibly quickly!! I've already bought several more pairs and hate that I haven't done this sooner... seriously, cotton is terrible at keeping you dry!

Great underwear. Period.
Update: I took 1 star off because they are pilling quite a bit. That being said, they're still so soft and are that pair of underwear I look forward to putting on.Great underwear. Period. Well worth the money. These are my 7th pair of Terramar underwear, and they've all been good. 6" and 3". The 3 packs are good too. I've tried Tommy John's and was terribly disappointed. They were $30 for 1 pair and within 1 day I had a run in them like women get in stockings. My Terramar underwear have held up great. These fit perfectly and feel amazing. Do yourself a solid and buy em.

Will change the way you think about Mens Briefs!
These underwear are amazing. Don’t know how they do it but it is sooo comfortable that you really do feel as if you’re wearing nothing. Also, that opening that allows you to pull out your member without pulling down the waistband of your briefs is perfectly placed. I’ve used other underwear brands with a similar design but they just miss the spot. To be honest, I was one that would always purchase the regular white briefs and for that matter at a cheap price. My wife got me one of these and since then I’ve never looked back. These briefs will completely change your perspective on comfortable under wear. When I run out of my clean ones and have to wear other types or brands, gotta tell you, I truly miss them.

Light, soft, comfortable, stretchy & cost effective
The material is very light, soft, comfortable & stretchy, but stay in place well. Not much of a pouch for support though. I'm not sure what to think about the horizontal fly access. It might be more usable if it were located at the bottom instead of so far at the top. I definitely like the 3" leg length better vs. the 6" which I returned. I've only had them for a couple of months now so I'm not sure how durable the fabric will be over the long run. These are a good economic replacement for the more expensive Champion C9 purchased from Target at twice the price. But the C9 is more durable with a better contoured fit and supportive pouch. Overall a pretty decent product though which can also be ordered from Walmart.

Modal or Polyester, that is the question.
So I previously purchased Terramar silkskins in both the light 3" inseam, and the regular 6" inseam, and loved em. The modal fabric is great. Then I want to order a replacement pair, and the description says 100 % polyester, so I ordered em just to see what fabric I would get. I received a 92% modal product. Which is awesome. I don't know if I got old stock, and they are transitioning away from modal, but I hope not. C'mon Terramar, get your descriptions right. Hoping Terramar will comment and fix webpage. Great product!!!!
