Just what we needed
The balance stars are nice looking and easy to install. Just the right height. I was surprised they can twist around, but that’s OK. The safety was there for the children on the balcony.

NOT GOOD FOR ANGLES DOWN STAIRS
There was nothing included for angles on stairs to be able to install these they work fine for the regular guard railing but there are no fasteners for angles.

Easy to work with. Great price compared with the big box stores. Sturdy and looks great.
Decided to use these three quarter inch round balusters instead of going with pre-made Trex railing. Was able to build my own rails for about 1/6 the price of what Trex cost. These balusters arrived quickly and the price was very pleasing. They look great and are easy to install.

Quality
The balusters were thinner and lighter than the Decorator balusters. They also chipped and scratched easily.

They work but…
They're very thin walled and the paint seems like it's not well done. I'm going to apply automotive wax to hopefully keep the paint from prematurely peeling
