Buyer beware -- decent product, great packaging .. lacking customer support so far
Update:This vendor is responsive to email. They did respond to my email and ordered replacement parts that were shipped directly to me from the manufacturer in China. I received the parts in less than a week. I updated my rating to 4 out of 5 stars. The product is a quality item that looks and works great.The unit arrived when stated, although the shipping updates were not accurate. The device is nicely packaged, but mine came with an issue withthe maintenance cover that was either put together that way (which leaks) or happened in shipment in the very tightly packaged Styrofoam.Be aware there is no information on how to contact customer support other than an email address. That is not helpful during installation. I sent an email and am still waiting for replacement parts to arrive.I will readdress my review once this issue is resolved, but for now the unit is installed and leaking when used.

It’s work to assemble and install. But worth it!
Delivered. Assembled and installed. So far so good! We have had it in now for about a week. Putting it together I didn’t think was very easy. The instructions were vague. However, it’s in and is working wonderfully! The motor isn’t very loud either when it’s running.

Easy to install, great quality, easy to clean. Only thing that I don’t like is that it isn’t quite stabile. So if you aren’t aware the toilet moves.
