Sous Chef Violet Flavoured Sugar 100g - Purple Sugar, Palma Violet Flavoured Sugar, Rimming Sugar

I used this product to decorate the frilled underskirt of a crinoline doll cake. The crystals were just the right texture, as shown in the picture, and stuck well to the icing when it had been brushed with a little water. Although only a sparse covering was applied, the flavour was strong enough to be tasted over the rose flavour of the cake. A beautiful adornment to my creation.

Very dissapointed about the size of the pot, basically I paid ten pounds for violet smelling sugar, thought it would either taste stronger or there would be more of it or even both would have been better
