It was cheaply built.
This broke soon after I got it. I could tell when it first came that it was not built as well as the first one I had. That one lasted for over 6 years.

cheap plastic pieces
The product started out well for the first month. Then when cleaning the top plastic part came off and a little pong that helps hold the pieces in broke off and so now 1 section will not stay in. Causing the entire top part to shift and not work properly. The charge lasts a long time and it easy to use, but when one little piece broke, it causes the entire thing not to function properly.

First one I ordered came with hair all over it and clearly used. Got a new one in. It's alright, gets my legs shaved but not the best out there.
