Great for restoring digestive health.
I have been sick for months now. Traditional medicine didn't have any answers. I started seeing a naturopath. They prescribed the magnesium. I took 3 capsules daily for a month. The abdominal pain , migraines, lack of appetite, constipation and anxiety greatly improved.A month later and most of my symptoms are gone.The only challenge I had was trying to swallow the Capsules.
