I bought this heating cape when the triangular heating pad we had wasn't able to effectively deliver the heat to relieve my husband's neck and should pain.Other benefits include the heating elements that extend into the neck portion of the cape, its softness, and ease of use, which all work together to make this a worthwhile purchase.This heating pad works well, very flexible, and quick to warm up. The settings allow adjusting the heat which is helpful.

I like that it works on the areas that it should but the weight is a little much when I'm hurting bad and seems to defeat the purpose

I really wanted to give this 5 stars because it is very comfy and cozy! It gets pretty warm but I feel with settings that go up to a 10, it should get a little warmer. I understand for safety reasons it can’t be too warm. It does get warm enough to sooth my neck but a little warmer would be perfect.

I have this for a little over a year, followed all the instructions in the user manual and still it stopped working. I don’t see anywhere mentioning warranty on the product, sunbeam and most other respectful brands have 2-5 years of warranty.

This neck and shoulder heating pad is made exceptionally well, luxuriously plush and soft and perfect for anyone who suffers with neck and shoulder pain, sore muscles and stress.

The item is comfortable to wear and the weighted element is nice but even at the highest temperature it is not warm enough to make a difference. I may have received a faulty product but this is the mildest heating pad I have used and does not get much warmer than the lowest setting on other products. If you are looking for just a gentle weighted blanket type product this could work but if you want heat I would not recommend.

I had hypermobile joints that give me a lot of problems with my neck and shoulder area. I really like this heating pad. My husband has also used it twice when pulling a muscle. Good purchase.
