These are probably single use
While I made it work, I was expecting the surface to be a little easier to clean from dry erase markers. These signs are probably single use.During the pandemic, we're using these signs (and the blow up lawn ornaments) to socialize with neighbors - birthdays, congratulations, etc. They're great as a single use sign.

Order in advance
It’s a good product. Good quality. It comes with stakes which is a plus. I’ve ordered a couple of times from there. Some days their shipping is on point and other times it wasn’t. I suppose it’s cause of the demand. I suggest that you order them ahead of time and not last minute. It’ll take about 1 1/2 weeks worst case. I would buy from them again.

Even though I can make the damaged signs work because I needed them by a certain time, Smart Signs service is the worst.

As advertised.
Great product and reusuable. Used as a graduation sign for a neighborhood student during the COVID-19 year. It sat outside for three months straight and only the decorations I put on it didn't survive so it is re-useable. Nice and sturdy frame and stakes.

Great for making your own yard signs!
With all the things our son had to miss for his senior year this year because of COVID-19, we wanted to make his graduation a bit more special. These fit the bill! We made our own yard signs to congratulate him, and some for friends of his also. Better deal to buy the 10 pack and even though we have some left over we'll be able to use them for birthdays and other special days. Just what we were looking for!

Great signs, metal pieces break easily though
The sign portion is great, very sturdy and a nice size. The metal posts are not very sturdy, first one I used broke into 3 pieces when I pushed it into the ground. Just make sure your are very gentle with the metal when placing.

Work Great and Held up Well
Sharpie worked great on these. The material is a plastic type of material so it held up well in the wind and rain. The base stands were a strong solid metal so they didn't bend in a slight breeze. I thought the number for the cost was a value purchase. I recommend
