Lip gloss tubes
These lip gloss tubes work perfectly for the balm that I make. They come with funnels, which can be a little awkward if you don't have a way to stand the tubes up and keep them stable. But the balm I make is creamy once set, so I found it easier to use a piping bag to fill the tubes. The cap inserts go in easily and stay put. So far, I've had no problems with anything leaking from the tubes.

Leaky Tubes
Loved the idea of these tubes. My kids will only use 1 type of toothpaste, so I bought these to travel with. Unfortunately, most of the bottles leaked during our trip. If you use them, I recommend placing them in a plastic bag to avoid any spills.

Refillable lip gloss tubes
This is a review for "10 Pack Refillable Travel Toothpaste Tube Empty Lip Gloss Tubes 10ml Small Squeeze Bottles Mini Cosmetic Tubes Clear Soft Empty Lip Balm Containers Mini Lipgloss Cream Dispenser"These work pretty well. My initial concern was going to be how to get the applicator part back out of the tube once it was inserted. That does not turn out to be a problem.I would say these would NOT be useful for toothpaste. The applicator hole is nowhere near the size of the hole on a toothpaste tube. It works well for products where you do not want to dispense as much, such as lip protectant. It would work and would not be overly difficult to fill up the tube, but dispensing toothpaste would take you forever and because toothpaste is kind of thick, it might be hard on your hands muscle-wise.I was able to get some petroleum jelly filled into one of the tubes. It dispenses easily but because I was taking it from a tub of product, it was kind of a pain to get into the tube. Not something I want to do regularly. A product going from a larger tube to a smaller tub it works well.At the time of this writing, you get 10 tubes for less than $6. That is a pretty good deal to me.One last easy tip, I do not like the hard pokey ends where the tube is crimped shut. So on every tube of product I end up that is like this, I take scissors and gently cut-off/curve those points. Much friendlier on the hands in the pockets that way.
