Short: An amazing first time e-biker(?) for the price too. Heavy AF though. You won't be able to put it on bus rack unless you know ahead of time it has a fat tire spot.Pros and consPros:Slick/tough feel when ridingPrice is amazing for what you get plus payment plans are light, I'm on 91 each month for yearHandles urban and off-road easilyThrottle got bite but you can ease itStrong tiresYou can drift and throttle it down (Tokyo drift)Seat cushion nice enoughWater resistant, got left in rain twice so far. Still works like newYou can carry a lot on back not feel it with power assistExtra tools for garage goblin to keepClear instructions (if you actually read them)Tips and troubleshooting solutions in owners manual, so keep itLight is bright enough but doubles as a reflector when offTwo keys for the battery lockSuspension is great and adjustableCons:HEAVY but reasonable plus you can workout those arms after/before legs do.Handles are weird like half heart pieces so you can't have typical grip like every bikeNot fully tuned out the box, tune the cables to your own liking or don't, I haven't yetDo Not try to pedal without the power at the start will hurt your knee, get a start up to build up momentum. Trust meCharge port is weird because has been put in a certain way but not that noteworthy just paint a line to match itScreen can be super bright at night for vision obscured if not adjust beforehand.Sometimes, very few, the auto pedal assist does not kick in but burping the throttle turns it onSuspension oil will come out if you spring it a lot a first, so don't touch the bars at firstLong:So I've ridden this bike to 100 miles, as I type this, on both urban and off-road. I'm not a hard guy to impress but to keep impress. And this bike did not fail. In my personal opinion, this is best investment I've made before I drive my own car. One, thing is fast. When I first press the throttle, I felt the torque. Second, you get a type of pony car with it, it has powerhouse and smart design to it. Third, tires inner tube aren't dogwater, so you can save money on that stuff later on. The company itself is thoughtful one to say the least. When I brought it few days later they sent me a request to review it, note I only rode 46 miles or 64 miles up to this point, I said that I wanted to wait till 100 and they encouraged it. I also put in little feedback I had about it to them and suggestions and they acknowledge them and gave tips (I noted how for my bike the gears/cable slips on 2nd and 3rd) on maintenance.I been having a lot of fun on it because I'm the type that likes to drift, I need responsive brakes, out of the box they are still fast acting. I also like to go fast and swing corners, if you know how stay balanced this bike is easy to get the hang of. But being safe is important and this bike supports it very well. When you are in pedal-assist or full electric you can cut off the power instantly by just pressing the brakes lightly and the power doesn't pick up instantly meaning it allows for fast turns that won't ram you into a wall. When I put the bike together, it was 90 done already. You just need to tighten the handlebar down, do the front tire steering tightening (I don't know the terminology), put the front tire on, set the seat, connect the cables, and put on the pedals. I did this without the instructions because I lost them in the garage two seconds after putting it down.Comfortwise, the bike has these weird handles that are sporty? The seat is heaven after walking for months after my bike got stolen. Fun thing is you can ride the bike like a dumb*ss from the rack in the back and feel like a Superman. The battery itself it bang for its buck. I rode 20 miles on second day I got it and it was a 83 or 75 percent. This thing was at 24 percent by the end. I was riding on 3rd and 4th power mode the whole time, even cruising with the throttle only for kicks here and there. I ride every day 2-3 miles on 5 mode and it only goes down 10-17 percent , so I go multiple days on same charge. I charged it at 17 percent for two hours it went to 47 percent, so if you know you need a quick charge it will provide decent amount. Weird thing is that this thing won't want to die. I try to kill it but it enters this battery saving mode at 15 percent where it gets weak but will still go on. Just imagine a scene where someone bleeding out but still crawling on floor. This thing is a fighter. Side note the charger has built-in cut off, so forgetful people don't type a battery charging for two days straight don't burn house down but don't run the hills with this information just know it does have it as a precaution.

Veefa L-1 E-Bike
I received my Veefa L-1 E-Bike earlier than stated, via Fed-Ex. This bike weighs approximately 78lbs. When unboxing, the bike was 3/4 assembled. All you have to assemble are the handle bar, front wheel, seat, battery and light. It comes with a manual, (I used youtube video assistance). The battery is locked into position with a key (comes with 2 keys). Once tires are inflated to required PSI, you are ready to ride. The E-Bike is heavy, has fat tires, but is very stable and comfortable when riding. This bike is a step-thru which makes it easier for anyone to get on a bike. The performance is on point. The pedal assist with gear shifting allows increased speeds, up to 28MPH. Using the throttle without pedaling, allows speed up to 20MPH. In pedal assist, to slow down just stop peddling, but remember when you start peddling again, it will regain the last speed used. Stated previously, bike is heavy, but my wife had no problems maneuvering this bike. Veefa offers discounts toward purchases. I would recommend this bike to anyone in doubt. Also, Veefa customer service, responds to concerns that you may have, in a timely manner.

This is a Strong, solid, heavy beast, perfect Bike for me
Not a fan writting reviews, but this time I will take time do so. First, this is a HUGE, HEAVY bike. I am 6'0, 190 pounds and I can’t imagine my wife, or someone much smaller riding on it. I've been shopping ebikes since couple months. I did read everything regarding the pros and cons from other brands. And YES, I am EXTREMLY HAPPY with my choice. Solid, Strong, Heavy, and Sharp Looking are my first words to discribed that bike. Very easy to assemble, I did it by myself and a good coffee within 2 pleasant hours. Not a scratch, nothing were missing, all needed tools and instructions are inclued.I charged the battery for about 3 hours before it shows 100% full, and I went on a 10 miles test ride. WOWWWW ! Everything works perfectly.I even received couples of thumbs up from other riders.I will ad more infos if things change in the futur, but so far, I am 100% satisfied. If you are looking for a tough, solid, and great quality electric bike, this is without a doubt, one of the best choice on the market. No need to spend more money, this bike has everything !

Great value
This ebike gives you a lot for the money. The quality shows in the appearance and the way it rides. The pedal assist is wattage based, so it feels very natural, and doesn’t jar you by trying to race up to a preset speed. They put quality Kenda tires on the bike with a knobby tread pattern that works quietly on road, and grippy off road. It has a Bafang branded fully integrated battery with a good range. The Velowave branded motor is very powerful and quiet. The throttle is not limited to the PAS level, meaning you can accelerate on demand to full power, for getting across an intersection or similar situations. It has braze-ons for a water bottle cage, something that many ebikes omit. I like the bmx style handlebars on the step through version. The grips are lock-on and have a palm rest. The front suspension fork has black anodized stansions and doesn’t flex like some cheaper forks. The hydraulic brakes are Tektro and operate very smoothly without grinding or squeaking. So far Veefa/Velowave support has answered all my questions quickly and have been very helpful. I bought this bike with my own money and would recommend it for anyone who wants a quality fat bike cruiser.
