So far these are working great for me. I feel like I have more energy. It seems to be helping my period as well. I have pcos so anything that helps with those symptoms is a win in my book. Hopefully they will help me in conceiving my last baby!!

These are amazing! I've been wanting to take inositol for a while, and finally decided to try these. Immediately within days of starting, I felt energized and rejuvenated. I feel so much better overall, like I've been refreshed. These don't leave an aftertaste after taking, they're easy to swallow, and i haven't had any issues with stomach upset or bad digestion. I definitely would recommend!

This is easy tp add to my morning routine. It is tasteless. I had no side effects. I noticed it improved my energy. Love the vitamin D to help if you cannot gey outside. The probiotics also work well. Whya re the capsules bright pink? No reason to add a dye. Makes me feel like I am swallowing a toy lol update. Beware this can cause hypoglycemia. I have had multiple instances. Will not be continuing.

It definitely has improved PMS. Stabilized mood and cycles are near normal.

I’m not big on medicine and have a hard time keeping up with taking them especially since I have to talk with a meal but when I did take it I felt a difference in myself specifically during my luteal phase. I was more level headed and less irrational in my emotions. I still don’t take them as I should but feel they do help balance your hormones and are quite effective.

Throughout my busy day, it's easy I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Easy to swallow. Helps with stabilizing my moods, energy, and focus. As a busy mom of 3, preschool teacher to toddlers, I need all the help I can get. Going to try their other products too!

It has been more than a week and haven’t seen any results/ any changes. I wanted to wait at least a week to see how I felt. Still don’t see my period, I have irregular periods thought this would help my period to be normal again. This product having vitamin D is a plus as I have fibroids and low vitamin D is said to be one of the causes and it can help with that. I’m still having trouble sleeping at night. My doctor told I have hormone imbalance and thought this would help my hormones. I can’t really grade this product yet but so far it’s not doing what it said it would do.
