Seems ok
The media could not be loaded. Just got it, it was vacuumed sealed yet when u opened it, it had a black spot on it. Firm and other wise as described.

Love the idea of it
I really like this pillow. When I fall asleep it’s great but through the night it doesn’t stay put so defeats the purpose. I think this is more of aMe problem though!

Kept hitting me in face
The pillow was extremely uncomfortable and kept hitting me in face. I wish you would let me return it for credit even though it's 5 days beyond the return date. Based on my order history I'm requesting an exception. Thank you.
