Good size and firm
Firm and seem durable. Have used once and was able to get very deep into my back muscles. Recommend for those wanting a hard/firm ball.

Excellent Myo-Fascial Release Balls
I ordered these Massage Balls because I suffer from various muscular pains at times. I was not disappointed. The balls are bluish-pink, and firmer than a tennis ball (which I had been using), slightly weighted. On the positive side, I find they are really helpful for muscular pain on the side of my lower back and in my shoulders; also they are great for under the knee and for keeping feet and stiff hands in good condition. Personally, I use them at the end of my yoga session. There are some good but basic instructions included. I have expanded my knowledge of such balls from online physio videos and from books on yoga and myo-fascial release exercises. The price is good for two balls that are really suited to the purpose. No negatives thus far.

Effective once you get the hang of them
These massage balls for deep tissue massage work well for basic tension relief and are a handy tool to have around if you need some quick muscle relaxation. They’re firm enough for targeted pressure on areas like the back, shoulders, and neck, and they do a decent job at loosening up tight spots. The size and firmness are great for myofascial release and trigger point therapy, but they may feel a bit too hard for some people who prefer a softer touch. The two-pack set is convenient, especially if you want to work on multiple areas at once or need a backup ball. They come in different colour options and the material feels durable. They’re also small enough to be portable (they’ll even fit into your pocket), making them easy to use at home, at the office, or on the go.While they’re useful for general relief, the firmness might not be suitable for everyone, particularly if you’re looking for a gentle massage. They’re effective for relieving tension in specific areas, but you might need to practice to apply the right pressure.

Great quality, good weight, good resistance
This set of balls is nicely made from non-slip matt finish silicone. The balls are well weighted and dense enough to give nice deep massage without them deforming (anyone who's tried massage with substitutes like hollow balls or tennis balls will know only too well!)The set comes with some rudimentary instructions, but do take a look online at some of the vast amount of videos available to help you get the most out of these.I find them great for my feet arches, as well as my shoulders.Highly recommended.

Heavy and dense, but with soft grippy outer layer
I got these massage balls in the hope that they can be used to help an elderly relative who recently suffered a severe stroke. He suffers from a lot of hand, arm and shoulder/neck pain, and has trouble flexing the muscles to relieve it. I thought that these massage balls could be used both by him, to roll around in and on his hands, and around his shoulders and neck by another person, to try and push out some of the knots in the muscles and bring some much needed pain relief. The balls themselves are quite heavy and dense, but have a soft, slightly 'grippy' silicone outer layer, which helps them to be held without slipping as a smooth ball would. Hopefully they will be found useful.

very firm
This is the first time I have tried these and I was pleased with the result. The balls themselves are very firm and solid. They actually remind of the type of ball I used to throw for my dog. Then again they are for massaging so wouldn't work if they were softer.I got the purple ones which actually look more like a dark pink, but are very pretty. There is an instruction leaflet included showing how to use them.I tend to use them on my back when sitting at my desk.My husband has neck issues and tried them on his neck. He said he could feel them working straight away.
