It's a little creepy, but so far is working great. I use the red light therapy before bed. I did not feel heat, just light. It is so easy to assemble and fits great around my head. I will try the other 7 light therapies later, for now I mostly need the red light to improve sleep quality.

Love this LED mask! You can change up the colors depending on what you’re trying to do. It comes with directions and is Very easy to use. Very comfortable fit and comes with extra eye rubbers to fit your eye shape.

I’ve been using this red light therapy mask for several months now, and it’s been a game changer for my skincare routine. The mask is easy to use and surprisingly comfortable, even during longer sessions. I appreciate its sleek design and adjustable straps, making it a good fit for different face shapes.

Was super excited but the directions are awful! It comes with these eyepieces that I have no idea if you’re supposed to wear them or not. There’s nothing in the book about the eyepieces. There are multiple bands and I don’t know what the difference between gray and black are it doesn’t say. There’s multiple chargers. I don’t know if you charge the remote control or if you’re supposed to plug the mask in it doesn’t say it just literally says to charge it with an adapter that they don’t give you. I’ll be returning it for one that has better instructions.

Love this red light mask! My skin feels softer with noticeably better texture. My makeup seems to go on better. I'd recommend!

This was my first time trying this type of mask, so I am not sure if they are all this uncomfortable but I will be returning. I gave it a score of ⭐️⭐️⭐️, but that is being generous. There are some rubber things that I guessed were supposed to go in the eye holes, but they didn’t fit and there are no instructions of what to do with them. They do not block the light whatsoever and they are super uncomfortable as they do not fit over your eyes, but push on them and hurt. The nose piece also pushed down on my nose and added to the overall discomfort. The mask has a strong rubber & chemical smell. I could not even make it through a full 10 minutes. On a positive note, the box and packaging was nice.
