Wonderful product
Product is good. But the seller forgot to attach one nut bolt for one arc out of 6 arcs. Seller have communicated that they will send the item without replacing but still not received from the seller. Hope to get soon and also Amazon will help me in this matter.

One glass is broken
The glass is broken and the piece is a defective one. Need a replacement

Looks good, but...
The packaging is amateurish and basic. Chandelier seems to be built well, solid and a tad heavy. Looks vintage good. The assembly is a bit of a pain though. The S pin that's used to suspend the chandelier to the ceiling hook wasn't supplied, and had to be purchased separately.

It has manufacturing defect and not possible to assemble it properly hence this is not refundable and they will replace it with another piece which will be with same defect Waste of money and time 😡
