The product appears to be strong and stardy. Initially the opening closing seem little tight. But I know that it's better we apply somecoconut oil on the rod and the same become easier plus with time also it becomes further smooth. Size is attractive and can easily go into small backpack or sling back. Hope it will live to my expectations
