Thae bike arrived on time and well packed. Assembly was not difficult using the manual and took provided. The bike looks really good and although not heavy it is strong. The ride is comfortable and as described by the company. Well worth the investment with great online support.

I am very happy with my purchase. It was second time lucky with delivery, the first time I ordered the courier did not seem to receive the bike, but glad I tried reordering. The bike came really well packaged, but you might need 2 people to lift the box on arrival. I used a mix of the manual and the installation video to setup the bike. Everything was pretty straightforward and all the tools required were provided. I did have to tightened a few things on the handlebars and one of the electric connecting cables needed to be reconnected, but all very simple to resolve. The bike comes configured to be legal for road and cycle path use in the UK, but comes with the throttle parts if you want to use the throttle power, though this would make it illegal for use except on private land. I have rode a total of just over 30 miles so far and loving every minute. I charged the battery on arrival and haven’t had to charge it again yet and cycling up hills is so easy with the pedal power assistance. It is a very heavy bike, but has had some admiring comments whilst I’ve been out on it. Very happy with my purchase.

Bike is ten times better than I expected to be honest but just few niggles bike is shown in instruction video but bike wasn’t made up like video(same bike lol) but missing a nut an bolt from back mudguard ev thing I seen on videos has different display (albeit) better, did 21km over 5 trips in few hours after fully charged was still full bars but was changing pas from 5 down just seeing difference and it dropped from showing 5 bars to 2 instantly which made me worry emailed varun and reply was we forwarded your email to Amazon lol but still overall really happy with the bike you can take speed limiter off on display ( best after 100km apparently) haven’t tried yet, also come fully road legal but with the option of fitting throttle in the box which makes illegal in uk gutted. Websites confusing says 500w motor another 750w and on my hub it says 250w, but honestly well worth the money I paid which had 15% off on Amazon wi £50 delivery total £730 wow

Absolutely amazing I got it for my son to use for work he said it's smooth sailing easy to assemble with the little that needs doing instruction manual would be better if it was just for the model purchased so we know what we are looking at is the right one and we still don't understand fully the electrical side of the bike like the settings not easy to understand but support from the company is very easy to connect with

An absolutely amazing bike full of power. Can ride quite far before needing to recharge. The bike has a pedestrian button too which allows you to walk with the bike without having to struggle while pushing as it is a heavier bike. The seat is very comfortable and easy to adjust. When I did have a problem, the team reached out and fixed it swiftly. So glad that I chose this bike!
