There actually aren’t bad they fit well they clean well. I don’t really care for the felt on the original brand and these are silicone which makes it better. In my opinion, it’s a good thing

My most recent nasal cushion decided to come apart and I needed a new one. Thankfully I found these and they came in a two pack. The cushion is comfortable enough. However, it is a bit smaller than the stock cushion so keep that in mind (I have the medium one). Time will tell how long these last but other than the size issue, I have no real complaints.

Not a whole lot else to say. Perfect fit on the N20 harness, looks and feels just like the original resmed ones. No weird smells that would lead me to have any concerns about substandard plastics or silicone.Two for less than the cost of a single brand name one? Can't complain about that, either.The only point of contention I'd make is that the 30 day replacement cycle is a made up marketing gimmick. A silicone catheter implanted in a patients body is changed every 3 months. So resmed is telling everyone that the silicone cushion that touches my face once a night isn't going to last as long as grandmas catheter that's in contact with her 24/7 and in a much harsher, fluid filled environment?Hogwash. Change it when it loses too much rigidity to make a tight seal or when the silicon rips. For me, that's about once a year.

These seem to be more or less identical to the name brand Resmed nose cushions. Work great, comfortable, no huge leaks or issues.

I haven't used these cushions as of yet, these are a backup, but they are comfortable around the nose.

only 3 stars, as it is not as comfortable on the nose, as the real ResMed cushion. I keep them as back up, as they do work well, it just does not feel the same.

These are soft and easy to use. They conform well to the unit, and are easy to wear. They did not feel stiff, and if you are used to wearing other masks, these will do just fine. The cushions are of ample softness, and at the same time prevent the air form passing through. They are also easy to clean.
