I have planters faciitis and I purchased this product and it worked amazing. However, it only lasted less than 2 months before internally breaking. The rollers for the message are what broke, it is made of a thin plastic! I only used this when sitting on the couch with the messages on the floor to eliminate any weight onto the rollers, ( I only weigh 115 lbs. ) I contacted the seller about the issue and I'm waiting for a response. If they choose to or not to help me resolve the issue I will update my review. For the price of this machine, it should have lasted years not days!Update: John with customer service promptly addressed our issue. He offered a choice of a replacement or a full refund. We choose the refund(an Amazon gift card) so we could find a more durable massager for daily use. Also, we did not have to send back the broken machine(thus no shipping expense). I work as a nurse at the hospital and after a long day at work sometimes working 12hour shift and on my feet all day this massager is what I need, and it became a part of my daily needs. This foot and calf massager has different levels of settings that can be adjusted to a preference. that control intensity, air compression and heat. You can also use the massager on your calves while you are laying down watching tv relaxing. Also included with a remote controller that have all the same buttons on the device making use even CONVIENIENT! Pretty easy to operate just place your feet inside the massager. The Intensity switch gives you 5 levels of intensity of air pressure. The panel indicates the mode, intensity, and heat level as you set them to a preference. Very good for getting tension relief from feet, calf, also arms. The motor on this is quiet which allows you to use while watching, working from home, or having a conversation. When i received the product, I thought it was going to be very big, heavy and take a lot of space, but this was not the case. The design of it makes it very easily to be stored under my bed. This will be a great holiday gift idea for anyone on the list. Everyone in my household cannot wait for their turn to use this. I definitely highly recommend this wonderful product you will notice a change of how your body feels after just the first use. Do not hesitate to purchase!

I am returning this unit for the following reasons:1) The description says it is battery powered, which is incorrect. It is actually powered by a cord attached to a wall outlet. Thus, you can only use it close to a wall outlet.2) I bought this not only for my feet but for my calves. However, the slots are not big enough to fit my calves, even though I am only of average size.3) The vibration is so slight as to be meaningless.4) The rollers are much too harsh. And even when they are turned off, the movement of the foot rakes them over the rollers which is very uncomfortable.

There are 3 different settings, and you can control intensity, air compression and heat, and even set the timer. It has become part of my daily routine!The motor is quiet, so you can use when watching TV, working from home, or having a conversation.When I had visitors over for Thanksgiving, everyone wanted multiple turns and really enjoyed it! I work as a barista in a coffee shop, after a long day on my feet it’s great to come home and be able to use this foot and calf massager. It has different levels of heat for relaxation, different types of massaging techniques of the “balls” under your foot and different strength of air pressure to squeeze your feet or calves. You can adjust the handle to prop up the massager to use it on your calves while sitting up. You can also use the massager on your calves while you are laying down. This will give you a different over all better feel in this position. The combination of the right speed, type of movement and air pressure during the different stages of my foot pain makes this product a good choice to help elevate my foot pain.When I received this massager in the mail I thought it was going to be very heavy and bulky. After I took it out of the box I realized it wasn’t as bulky nor as heavy as I thought it was going to be. It has a handle that you can move completely around the massager for the best placement to use on your feet or carves whether you are in a sitting position or laying down. This handle also makes the massager very easy to carry and not feel to heavy or bulky. I would recommend getting this product if you are a person who stands on your feet most of the day!
