This is a first ever hair piece I have owned. The quality of the hair and this scrunchie is very nice. I wore it for several hours the first time and it stayed in place beautifully. I was surprised and am very pleased with how closely it matches my gray/brown hair - a friend complimented how natural it looked on me. It is going to be a fun piece to wear on the hot days of summer when I want to pull my hair up into a ponytail. Thank you PrettyShop

Being synthetic hair, it has more of a shine than my hair. It is a good matchexcept for the shine.

Even though my hair used to be very dark, the first time I ordered was the wrong shade for my hair. I ordered the "grey with white tips" and it was way too dark. After returning it, with no problems whatsoever, I reordered the mess scrunchy bun ingray blond mix #9/613 G21A, and it is a perfect match as you can see by the photos taken outdoors in the sunlight. I am super happy with this hair piece and intend on purchasing another style from the same vendor.

This gray blonde mix worked well for my messy bun as I am in the process of growing out my gray, the color is not white or dark at all more like an ashy gray that blends well with blonde/brown hair. It’s a medium thickness , and fluffs out well. Time will tell whether it will hold up , but so far I’m pleased .

I tried to respond to the vendor email, but I could not manage it. So, this is my next option. I purchased two scrunchies. One was perfect - the description was consistent with the product. This item was of equal quality, but the description says light brown and gray. It appears so in the picture. I did not expect some exact match, but the scrunchie sent was at best medium brown with reddish tone. There was a little lighter brown mixed in, but not enough to compensate for the darker reddish brown. The product is great in all other ways. Just change the description to match the product and all will be well. I would not have ordered this item if the description had included medium reddish brown. My 3-star rating was due to the color description issue.

The color was amazing. I have ash blonde/brown hair with red highlights and the blue greys are getting thicker - so it's really hard for me to find a hair piece that matches. This was great for my roots (which are a good 7 to 8 inches now). But, there's a problem...The rest of my hair is grown out color treated hair that is more reddish-blonde. I cannot color it, because it was so heavily bleached in the past that it will not hold color anymore. So, slowly but surely I am growing it out and cutting it off; a trim here, a trim there....The hair on this messy bun is soft. The color was nice BUT, it's pretty thin, and compared to other "brands," this one is pretty short. When I put my real hair in a tight bun to wrap this hair piece around, the hair piece length is too short, so it will not permit me to "fold over" the hairpiece hair over the top of the bun and loop it around. I can hide the real hair perfectly with other brands that seem to be a whopping 2 inches longer AND thicker. And they're virtually the same price! So, basically, nothing I do keeps my color treated hair from sticking out and looking real stupid in contrast to my bangs and (long) roots. It would look even more ridiculous to put on a hair piece that matches the colored hair but not the roots and scalp parts that get pulled back... so, going to have to just keep looking. This one is going back.

Sometimes it’s hard to figure out what color to get in these artificial hair pieces, but this one was absolutely perfect and looked just like the photo.

The colour was great and matched perfectly. I thought it might be a bit fuller though.

for the price, this hair piece is amazing. It looks like real hair and the faintly dark violet colour exactly matches my own hair colour. It's on a scrunchie so easy to wind around your own ponytail. One is good, two looks even better. well worth the money.
