No help or assistance from the merchie.
I liked it at first with its awesome looking earpods and housing case, and was fascinating with how heavy it weighted in its build, sturdy with a cool blue indicator light looming around it when I opened it.However, it came down to a point that I notice some issues started showing some flaws in the qualities and functions, which might be likely caused by some faulty components.One of issues was the battery when the power started dropping down to / below 20%, then the earpods started to have statics noise affecting the frequency of tune in the music that I was listening to. Secondly, once that happened with the static noise, the pods would also be unstable with the connectivity and get disconnected. I'm not sure if this item I received was just one of the defects from the rest of your productions, or it was something else. No help or assistance from them after reaching out since weeks ago.
