Soft quality material that feels soft and comfortable. Very easy to use and change heat settings at the press of a button. One charge of battery last me a whole week with moderate use.

It’s really soft, easy to transport, puts out a lot of heat and helps with my tension headaches. I can’t speak to the battery life yet, but it’s gotten me through a few movies on blue (low). The only downside is the light can’t be turned off so I have to wrap the end differently when in a movie theater.

So disappointed! I really wanted this to work, but after charging it for two days, it did not work. Returned.

This is a great neck heating pad. It heats up quickly and reaches peak temperature in just a few minutes. Relaxes my muscles and keeps me warm.

The battery pack stuffs in a small pocket at one end of the scarf near the power button. It ends up sitting right under your chin if you have the heating element on the back of your neck. The heating element is the first 10" or so after the battery pack and that's it. The rest of the scarf is just the tail with no heating element. The scarf material itself has a soft microfiber feel to it. When using the lower temp settings, the scarf emits an electrical whine.

Bought this for trip to a snowy place

It's a bit hard to get it started.....a delay. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I bought it for my mom, she has elbows pain. It relieves the pain during night by wrapping the elbow with the scarf.
