The media could not be loaded. Set up was so easy and I followed the installation book and found all what I need. all the pieces are so high quality. We have another sectional patio set on the shade but my wife love sitting on these. More comfortable!! Our neighbours always ask sbout this set😍

** Update** A couple days after I wrote this review, the company reached out and offered to send me a replacement chair. I am very satisfied with the customer service of this company and would def purchase from them again. Although I was disappointed about the chair unwrapping, I was able to fix it where it would stay, hopefully - still a very nice set and very comfortable! Love them! Chair arm was unwrapping when recieved 😢. I was very disappointed. Directions for putting together were ok, but could be better. Took almost 3 hrs to complete assembly

These chairs are easy to assemble and so comfortable.. They glide and swivel smoothly.

Comfortable and nice looking. Took a while to assemble but to be expected. My only complaint would be that the cushions would stay in place better if they had tie straps.
