Reached out to the seller for support, and exchanged a few messages. Their responses were always fast, informative, clear, and polite. Whenever there was any room for confusion left by my side of the conversation, they made sure to clarify and not assume the intended meaning. They greatly helped us with our situation, and we will definitely be ordering again, because now my spouse wants one at every location that her work send her. Product works well for her needs and exceeds her expectations.

Great stylus
I really like this stylus pen. Mine stopped working the other day but, on the box there is a QR Code that says 1 year warranty at the top and when you scan it, it takes you to messenger to contact the seller or company. There is a 1 year warranty on the pen which I find great because I like the pen a lot and, I don’t have to worry about buying a new one if it breaks within the year. So I messaged them. There was a little hiccup with customer service where they didn’t contact me back In a timely manner so I contacted them on Amazon and then they had customer service contact me back right away on messenger, which is where the QR CODE takes you too when you scan it, like I said above. It was a little frustrating but they made it right within 24 hours. So I am super happy with them. They are sending me new pens. That’s why I gave them 5 starts as well because they saw my frustration and made it right within a day plus I love using the pen. It’s so simple and it comes with about 4 or so replaceable tips for the pen, and charges pretty fast. Very happy! Thank you so much for the help and for correcting the issue! Awesome!

It's ok, but
It's difficult to turn on and off, but once you finally get it going, it's pretty good. The weight is great. The grip is fine. The stylus, well, .... It doesn't activate at the very tip, so that part of it kind of stinks. It makes it difficult to use. Considering the price, overall it's worth the cost !

Is compatible with both Android, Tablets, Computers, Smartphones, I-Phone. This little thing rocks. It is not even Bluetooth so, yea no clue how it works but it does!

Not bad
I have a Samsung tablet. It’s suppose to work for either samsung or iPad but for some reasons it doesn’t work on It sometimes.I have to use it multiple times on my phone and after trying it on the Tablet

Good stylus Google
This is a good stylus for my Google tablet and my Google Pixel phone good battery life and great precision. I enjoy using it.

Handy But Not Amazing
Yes, I gave this product a five star rating and I still stand by it since I am pleased for the price. However, you must know that the writing or shading on your tablet will not vary based upon the pressure applied as this does not have have the sensitivity setting. All that to say, it is cheaper than one that has that feature and the battery seems to last for quite a while. It is magnetic, but due to the case I have on my Kindle Fire it does not snap to it very well. I only hope that I do not lose it, but if I do it will not cost me a nice dinner to replace.

It works - most of the time
I purchased this pen to use for my old tablet (a Samsung tab a7). The light indicators are useful, the product has very good battery life and charges quickly, and of course, it writes well. I actually ended up buying another one for my younger brother to use for his touchscreen laptop, and he enjoys it as well!I will say, that I have one small issue - the pen doesn't work at some times for me. It will shut off, or simply not write. It isn't so serious that I must return it, but it is a little annoying. I usually turn it off and on again, or charge it for a minute or so, and it seems to return to normal. I'm not sure if it's just my tablet, or the tips, or I have a faulty product, but in the end, it works most of the time.

Me encantó, compatible con celular samsung y tableta xiaomi, la he usado con iPhone también, la pila le dura bastante me ha durado hasta 1 semana, se carga muy rápido, tiene imán que funciona solo con ipad.

Achtung funktioniert gar nicht
The media could not be loaded. Der Stift funktioniert super schlecht. Die Spitze wird gar nicht erkannt. Der Rest ist auch nicht schön zum schreiben .....Finger weg
