This would make a lovely gift. It arrives very well packaged, and requires only the attachment of the deer on the lid (screwdriver included) and once assembled, it’s a nice looking piece. The candle itself promises 50 hours burn time, and the scent is sand wood, which we very much liked. The only issue is the price, at £29.99 there’s a lot of competition priced much lower.

This scented candle arrives nicely packaged. Mine had some slight damage to the box, but this was very minimal. Inside the candle is very well protected with molded white foam. On the top there is a separate little package which contains the metal stag emblem, along with a screw, washer and one of the tiniest Philips screwdrivers I have ever seen ! The stag is finished in a highly polished gold effect.The candle has 100% cotton wicks and is made from soy wax. It has a 50 hour burn time. The glass jar and lid are a smoky grey colour and the glass has a sort of “pyramid” embossed pattern.OPINION:Firstly, the packaging of this product does protect it well, and this would make it ideal for gifting.You do need to attach the stag to the lid, but this is simply a matter of attaching the washer and screw and tightening with the miniature screwdriver.Although I love the idea of the stag decoration (and I do have various stag themed items around my home), this particular stag has a more stylised design. By this I mean he is not anatomically correct – more of a caricature with a long face and rather strange looking antlers, and a body far too small for his head ! This is a pity, as I feel it rather spoils what could have been a lovely decoration on the top. I also think he would have looked much better in a silver/pewter tone, as this would match the smoked grey glass much better, and not have looked quite so “trinkety”.Onto the candle itself, the aroma is very strong even before the candle has been lit. It apparently smells of cedarwood and sandalwood, but it reminded me of some Avon perfume from the 1980’s. It was just not my cup of tea I’m afraid. With the Winter/Christmas theme, I would have preferred something a little more festive such as Cinnamon, ginger, and spices etc.Price wise, the retail price for this candle is £29.99 which is vastly overpriced. However, there is currently a 50% voucher which makes it much more appealing.In ConclusionIf strong scents of Sandalwood are your thing, this is a decent buy at the offer price. The candle itself is undoubtedly good quality. For me personally, the best bit is the glass jar, which I will re-purpose as a jewellery container (having removed the stag !). It does look like the photo, but sadly it’s just not for me.

Great looking Christmas gift

I love this candle it smells really nice and refreshes the living room. I love the three wick candles they are my favorite and this one came in such a beautiful jar! The top part with the Elk is beautiful and only took a little bit of assembly attaching it to the top. It was very simple and all the tools you need are included. I’m overall very pleased with this candle and it looks so great amongst Christmas decorations!

The media could not be loaded. Cette bougie au design très travaillé est vraiment très jolie et sera parfaite à offrir. Je ne suis pas une grande fan de l'odeur boisée que je trouve trop parfum et faible mais pour le reste c'est vraiment parfait.La bougie est en verre gris avec plein de relief en point qui donne un brillant métallique. Le couvercle est également tout en verre avec un cerf à visser dessus. Le cerf doré n'est pas en plastique, c'est du métal. Vraiment le design est soigné.Pour la partie bougie elle-même, on est sur un moyen format de 70 heures avec une cire soja (moins toxique) avec trois mèches ce qui permet d'avoir moins de souci de bougies qui creusent. Le verre va rendre vraiment bien à la flamme (moi je les utilise à la lampe et ça rend bien aussi sous la lampe).Le couvercle repose doucement sur la base mais n'est pas attaché.Le parfum est nettement boisé et quand on regarde les différentes notes, c'est ce qui ressort. On pourrait attendre une belle odeur d'automne avec une belle fraîcheur mais pour moi c'est vraiment le côté parfum qui ressort, sans puissance et je ne suis pas fan.Le prix est vraiment correct au regard de la qualité de la partie verre et métal.

The candle itself smells wonderful and the container is quite nice. It is apparent to me the wax and the wicks are defective since they burn a short time and then extinguish. The wicks are placed too close to the edge of the jar and create their own small puddle that melted wax covers the wick in a short time there’s no way to contact this company For a refund or exchange. Disappointed!

Die Duftkerze von „KHOLEZ“ ist derzeit für 18,19€ (Stand 11/24) erhältlich und ist in einem robusten und sehr dekorativen Glas, welches ein Gesamtgewicht (inklusive Deckel) von etwa 900 Gramm besitzt. Geliefert wird diese äußerst attraktive Kerze in einer sehr schönen Geschenkverpackung. Sie ist gut geschützt darin eingebettet. Ich habe mit für die Duftkerze „Weihnachtskerze“ entschieden, diese ist noch mit „Sandelholz“ erhältlich. Die Kerze besitzt drei Dochte, welche sofort brennen und somit entfaltet sich nach kurzer Zeit ein angenehmer Duft von tollen Düften. Das Besondere an dieser Kerze ist, dass mehrere Düfte enthalten sind. Im oberen Teil ist es schwarze Kastanie und Wacholderbeeren, mittig duftet es nach Rosen, Himbeere und Nelkenzimt und im unteren Teil riecht es beim Abbrennen nach Guajakholz Klee. Diese Kerze ist, trotz stundenlangen Brennens, kaum abgerannt, ich werde daher sehr lange etwas von ihr haben. Auch als Geschenk eignet sich diese Kerze hervorragend. Das Glas kann nach dem Abbrennen für andere Dinge genutzt werden. Genial auch der goldene Hirsch, der imposant mittig auf dem Deckel steht. Ich bin begeistert.
