Q: Do these wax sticks have wicks?

Yes. What I don’t like about these sticks is that the sealing wax is not as thick as I’m used to. I make it work by dripping more, although it does use up more wax. But yes, they have wicks.

Q: Is this actual sealing wax, flexible enough for the US Mail? The description says "delicate."

This seems to take longer to get a decent size "puddle" going in time to put the stamp on it. I don't remember if the seals are too delicate for the mail. Personally, I opted to use wax sealing beads.
