2PCS Glass Thermometer Classic for Adults Medical Fever - Accurate 2P

Upon opening, one thermometer would not shake down from 102 or register a temperature. The other shook down from 98 to 96, but will not register a temperature above 97. Product not returnable/replaceable because glass. Bad choice.

DISLIKED CAUSE NUMBERS VERY DIFFICULT TO READ AFTER TAKING A TEMPERATURE. CAN I RETURN FOR A DIFFERENT PURCHASE?

I followed the garbled English instructions exactly. One was already above 99 and could not be shaken down no matter how violently I tried. The other was around 97 but never moved after 10' under my arm.Comically poor Instructions such as: "you will be found the grey line, that's data you have." or "Don't put it in the refrigerator to reset, as it is wrong way." Everything about this expensive lost cause is "wrong" and I can't return it.

I purchased this for my 84 year old mother.It is literally IMPOSSIBLE for her to shake back temp reading. It took me about 5 minutes to do it myself on both thermometers . I just threw both of them in the trash. This isn’t even worth one star.

Although I love technology, it always seems like my battery operated thermometers last about a month before they seemingly no longer give you a reading that makes sense... I know, I know... replace the battery, but that doesn't always solve the problem either... perhaps cheaply made?! Who knows, but I wanted a thermometer that would not require technology, and this (IMO) old school one does the trick. Seems to give reading as quick as I remember (from my younger days), and can be used forever (as long as it stays intact). comes with hard-plastic cases to hold the thermometer when not in use, and the scale is easy to read. Love the package of two as I can now keep one in my IFAK and one at home for any emergencies!
