Works fast
I've always taken care of my skin- whether it's moisturizing or popping vitamin pills and having turned 30, am now even more alert to new products. I bought the 10 day programme about 6 days ago, and can already see on my face that I look more alert. It's kind of like a very good skin day- everyday if that makes sense. My eyes even seem brighter. I'm not sure whether i'm seeing results already now because of my lifestyle and skin condition or if this product simply has super powers. I don't drink, smoke and exercise regularly which might have something to do with it. I can only imagine the results after a month. Because of the early results- I intend to take this drink supplement every other day, this way I can reap the benefits but also make this a more affordable luxury. I have been using this product for several years and it works for me. Has improved my skin, hair and nails with daily use over a period of several months, not weeks as advertised. But note that I am an older woman in my 70s. I drink a bottle a day, same as taking a vitamin pill, and soak up the compliments on how well I look. Try it, you'll like it.

Strengthened nails, and grew the longest they have ever been
Really good for nails. I was trying this at the same time as a few other bits so can't say I noticed straight away but I stopped using and nails have gone back to being really weak, so was clearly working well! Was able to grow my nails to the length where people assumed they were fake. Definitely would reccomend. A couple weeks of solid use and then the odd one every 5-7 days works well for me!
