Great support for you back, had to pull it down a little further for the lower back.just a note, when they put the straps on the product wish they had put it on right where the "buckle" (don't know how else to call it) is facing the outside.Otherwise does the job.

the belt works great but they stated that 2 xl fits 42 to 46. I am a 42 and it is very tight
