Looks Watery, But Works Like a Charm
At first, I thought it looked a little too watery—but it foams up great in the dispenser. Not sure what other people are talking about—maybe they’re using the wrong kind of pump. I used it to refill an empty Dial-branded foaming dispenser, and it worked perfectly. Leaves my hands feeling clean every time.

Foaming soap-not liquid soap. Works well.
I like this brand of handsoap, so I decided to try this 'Dial' Professional Basics Hypoallergenic Foaming Hand Wash, (1 Gallon Refill Bottle, 128 Fl Oz).First off, this must be noted that this is the refill soap for the foaming handsoap dispensers (not the thicker liquid ones). I like foaming hand soaps, so I like this kind; it washes my hands effectively, and doesn't overly dry my skin. I like the light, fresh scent of the soap; it smells clean, and not too overpowering. I like that there is aloe in the soap, so I think that may be beneficial for keeping hands from getting so dry.Overall, I think this is a useful product; I can get several uses out of this one gallon bottle. I don't know the exact measurements; but I know I was able to refill a couple of my 'Dial' foaming soap dispensers, and still have plenty leftover for more refills. The value for money seems (relatively) decent for this product; though that is just of my personal opinion. I think this is a nice soap; whether for the kitchen or bathrooms. So far, I'm quite pleased with this product-it does what I expected it to do, and cleanses my hands well.

Definitely NOT foaming
Should've believed the one review that was already written - it's like water. Definitely NOT FOAM.

Great gentle foaming soap for frequent hand washing, for use at home and the commercial workplace.
I really like this foaming soap. The large container offers great value for the money; it allows me to easily refill my existing foaming soap dispensers, so I avoid adding more plastic to our landfills. The scent is mild and is reminiscent of honeysuckle, but it is not overpowering. The hypoallergenic formula contains aloe, so it is gentle on the hands with frequent washing, and leaves no residue. The green color is pleasant, too. While I use this at home, Dial claims this is perfect for any commercial setting. It is also labeled cruelty free under the Leaping Bunny Program.

Better than traditional soap
Foam is my go to hand soap now. Never tried foam before this one. I like soap that suds up, this does that well with what seems like very little soap to suds ratio. So seems like a better value. If you spill some much easier to clean up vs traditional soap.

Feels like water and nothing else
Unsure if the formula has switched, but the product is very watery. Does not foam that well, and seems like the product is almost entirely water, which makes me question if it's cleaning and disinfectant capabilities are acceptable. I did a culture test with the product and it does limit bacteria growth, however, I have never felt antibacterial soap this watery and easy to wash off your hands so it is alarming. It does it's job but I wish the concentration was higher because I have to use twice the amount I normally would with other brands.

Excellent foaming skin caring hand wash
I'd been buying that super store brand of handwash but noticed my knuckles getting dry so I switched to this Dial foaming hand wash and I'm actually really liking it. I bought here on Amazon those refillable foamer bottles and it pumps out the perfect amount of suds. My hands feel super clean, but not dried out, which is a big deal for me. It's got aloe in it, which I guess is why it's so soft. Plus, you know, it's Dial. It's the same brand I grew up with, so I trust it. And knowing it's got all those "free from" things is nice too. Just a good, simple hand soap that works. I took photos for those who said it doesn't foam, but as you can see it does, just needs a special bottle!
