I use this for work and I've actually gotten quite a few questions about it. It has ruined the need for me to waste notepads with taking that information that I really don't need to keep. I'm thinking about getting another one for home use. It is HIPAA compliant.

I like the concept, wanted to like the product, and was really excited to use this but the execution is inconsistent at best. Using the smart pen only transfers about half the notes, or when you erase and start over, words are layered on top of each other. The written directions and video instructions do a poor job of explaining how to do anything. How do you erase just one part?

When it arrived I tried to put it together but the nubs that should go in the holes are constantly being pushed out by the magnet and it is not aligned properly... Very disappointed. Will edit after communicating if possible. The board works wonderfully tho it is hard to get picture scans, it is deceptively reflective. But under the right lighting it does indeed work as intended. A good trick is to fiddle around with the enhance feature in the app.edit 1: Got in contact with Boogieboard (the company). Response was fast and attentive! Very nice.

We have purchased several of the previous blackboards without protective covers and invariably the front would get scratched or damaged. This helps protect the screen so it is useable for much longer.
